I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Champlain in Quebec City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and historical sights, though the room could use some updating. Overall, the charming atmosphere and thoughtful touches made it nice.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Champlain. the location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to main attractions. the service from the staff was excellent, making my experience even better. However, the room I stayed in was a bit dark and could have used better lighting, along with updates needed in some areas of the hotel.
